ABOUT US

We are  a homebased bakery. I owned and operated a pizza restaurant for almost 9 years and while there I made cakes, cookies, pies, cupcakes, desserts, Gluten Free pizza dough,

and more besides my daily pizza preparing.

I graduated from Central Kitsap High in Silverdale, WA in the early 70's. Got married and raised 3 children. I worked several small jobs but then attended Clover Park Tech College in Lakewood, WA  in the 90's and received a Educational Secretary diploma, and then I attended Olympic College and graduted in 2000 with a ATA Degree in Administrative Office Support and General Office Support.

We Will no longer be at the Bremerton Community Farmers Market. I made the decision early this year to end with my time with them. I have some really wonderful memories and customers that I had for the 9 years I was there. Thank you all for making my time there easy, I will miss you all BUT I am at the Seabeck Community Market on every 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month. The hours are from 12 noon to 4 pm. Come and see us there.

I have made cakes and pastries  for years even  before I started my restaurant.  I took all four  of the  Wilton Cake Decorating classes  twice in 20 years, with the second time being review for me and learning new techniques.

I was enrolled in classes at Escoffieronline International Culinary Academy n the Baking and Pastry classes and I am learned a lot there. There is a lot of reading and quizzes at the end of each reading. And hands on baking at least two dishes each class. Chef Susie was so much help with questions I had .  I received five certificates for completing the five classes I took.

During my break from last year, I took small baking classes at New Skills Academy and learned more on how to use fondant and cute little kids parties cakes, cupcakes. Each class I completed I received a certificate of completion.  I pretty much take all the classes I can to learn new techniques.

Baking in a home bakery versus a restaurant setting, I feel I could give more of my time to baking in my bakery instead   of my busy restaurant because I was so busy there. This way in my home bakery I could work my own hours and give it my all.

My mission is to please you as a customer. If you have any questions or concerns please email or call me.

All of our products are homemade and are from an approved kitchen.

I'd like to thank my family, Joe, Joey, and Bobby for all their help and support they have given me in the years since I closed Foley's Pizza. Joey for his moral support and gifts for the bakery, Bobby for getting me my 3 compartment sink and moral support also, Joe for the lighting and other remodeling to get it ready to go. Also all of his help at the farmers markets, helping me setup and take down each week, means a lot! I am forever grateful to you guys. My sister Norrie for helping me my first year at the Bremerton Market. DVR's help with the purchases of other equipment I needed, and the classes at Escoffier, and so much more!  Thank you guys!!
